Our Process
Founded on the principles of integrity, reliability, and exceptional workmanship, Anchor Vista Construction was created to offer homeowners a better construction experience. We understand that building or remodeling a home is a significant investment, and we take pride in making the process as organized, transparent, and enjoyable as possible.
Â
Led by founders Eric Wold and Sean Adams, Anchor Vista Construction brings together extensive experience in residential remodeling, construction management, and concrete construction. Our leadership team combines years of hands-on field expertise with high-level project management experience, providing clients with the confidence that every detail of their project is being carefully managed.
Â
From the earliest planning stages through the finishing touches, our team works closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and skilled trade professionals to deliver projects that balance thoughtful design, lasting quality, and practical functionality.
Â
Our approach emphasizes clear communication, detailed planning, realistic expectations, and accountability. We prioritize building strong relationships with our clients, keeping them informed throughout the construction process, and delivering results that reflect their goals, lifestyle, and investment. Whether we're transforming an existing home through a major renovation, expanding a living space with a custom addition, or building a new home from the ground up, we approach every project with the same dedication to quality and attention to detail.
Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. We'll meet with you to discuss your goals, ideas, budget, and timeline. Whether you're planning a home remodel, custom addition, or new construction project, our priority is understanding your vision and identifying the best path forward.
Design & Approval
We collaborate with you, designers, architects, and other professionals to develop a plan that balances aesthetics, functionality, and budget. During this phase, we evaluate project feasibility, discuss material selections, and identify important details before construction begins.

We provide a detailed construction proposal outlining the scope of work, project costs, and anticipated timeline. Once approved, we coordinate permitting, scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractors to ensure your project is positioned for a successful start.
Build & Management
Our experienced team manages every aspect of construction with a focus on quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail. We maintain clear communication, provide regular project updates, and carefully coordinate each phase to keep your project moving forward.
Final Walkthrough
As construction wraps up, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough to review the completed work, address any remaining details, and ensure the finished project meets our quality standards. Our goal is to deliver a beautiful, functional space you'll enjoy for years to come.
